In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion at any point may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted when a confirmation message is displayed and a bet reference number is issued by the ka666 system. Bets in a "pending" state at the time of a system interruption are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. For in-play markets, odds may move significantly within seconds. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final binding odds.

ka666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Detection of any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made on the account.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from Prohibited Activity) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, less any amounts subject to outstanding dispute resolution. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ka666 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses attributable to your own decision to place any specific bet or wager.
• Losses arising from the use of your account credentials by an unauthorised third party as a result of your own failure to secure those credentials.
• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other form of economic loss not directly and exclusively caused by a proven failure of the ka666 platform infrastructure.

Nothing in this section shall operate to exclude or limit ka666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.

ka666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering a ka666 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ka666 collects only the minimum personal data required to operate the platform, fulfil identity verification obligations, process payments, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements. Player data is not sold to third parties. All stored personal data is protected using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

Players may request a copy of their stored personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request account deletion by contacting the ka666 support team. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligation to retain data for a minimum period under applicable law.

ka666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the ka666 platform, shall first be referred to the ka666 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ka666 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide a written response to any formal complaint within 14 BST business days of receipt.

For disputes relating specifically to bet settlements, ka666's internal settlement records — including timestamped bet confirmations, odds data, and event result data sourced from official sports governing bodies — shall serve as the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.
